All orders are sent from Auckland, New Zealand.
Unfortunately our showroom is no longer open, we are currently operating online only.
Now our showroom is closed we don’t have weekday pick up available but we may be able to arrange an appointment for you to collect (from Three Kings, Auckland) over the weekend if your order is urgent. This option is dependent upon staff availability so please contact us BEFORE you place an order to check times available.
We send everything tracked by courier and have flat fees for shipping depending on location. All courier parcels (except rural delivery) are sent as signature required unless you request otherwise. Our current charges are:
Auckland region (standard) $6.00
Auckland region (rural delivery & Waiheke Island) $10.00
North Island outside of Auckland – standard $8.00
North Island outside of Auckland – rural delivery $14.00
South Island – standard $9.00
South Island – rural delivery $14.00
Note: there are some items NOT covered by our standard shipping fees but these will be noted on the individual items (mainly fragile/bulky items).
Pixie Party Supplies reserves the right to amend these prices without notice at any time.
Orders received prior to 5pm are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Most orders are sent as overnight couriers (except rural delivery) however we always suggest allowing a few days for delivery.
Note: there are a few exceptions to this – typically fragile or oversized items sent to the South Island are sent with a 2 day courier, again we do suggest allowing an extra few days for delivery though.
Once your order is sent, you will receive the tracking details by email so you can monitor your parcel. For most deliveries it should usually take between 1-4 business days to reach you. If your order is urgent you are welcome to contact us before placing your order so we can let you know an expected delivery time frame.

All items are sent by courier to physical addresses only (we are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers sorry.)
We’re happy to send orders overseas but you’ll need to contact us to arrange it as our online orders can only be sent to a New Zealand address. Please email the details of what you would like to order and your full physical address as we will need to package your order to obtain a postage quote for you.
We accept payments through our online shop using a credit card (via Stripe) or AfterPay. Alternatively you can credit our bank account.
Please note: Full payment must be received and cleared within five days of your order being placed (unless otherwise agreed prior to your order being placed) or your order will be cancelled.
Please choose carefully – we do not offer refunds if you change your mind!
If you receive your products and they are not what you expected, please let us know straight away though and we’ll do our best to sort it out!
If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please ensure all packaging is retained. We will contact the courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we may request photographic evidence to provide to our courier.
If you would like to enquire as to when an item will be back in stock please contact us and let us know which products and when you need them by and we will let you know if we can get them in time for your event.
You can also sign up for ‘back in stock’ notifications on the product page of any items that are out of stock and as soon as they are available again we will email you.
We regularly add new lines so it’s worth asking the question! If there is anything that you’d like, but can’t find on our website please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
And if you’d like us to source something you’ve seen in another store or on another website, please let us know.

We don’t have weekday pick up available but we may be able to arrange an appointment for you to collect (from Three Kings, Auckland) over the weekend. This option is dependent upon staff availability so please contact us BEFORE you place an order to check times available.
Prices quoted online for balloons DO NOT include the helium cost. If you would like us to fill balloons for you please email us with which balloons you would like filled and the date required. We will send you a quote, let you know pick up times available and advise how to confirm & pay for your order.
Note: we DO NOT fill balloons purchased elsewhere

We are not currently signing up any new wholesale customers as we have limited stocks of our wholesale ranges available due to recent supply changes.
Our Events Stylist programme is still available for event stylists & party venues that are purchasing through us regularly. If you are interested in receiving some information on how this works please get in touch..
